What you are buying

Each pack contains the purchased credits and additional promotional credits shown above. It does not include a membership, an external AI assistant subscription, or a hotel, ticket or other travel booking. Credit costs vary by service; a pack does not guarantee a fixed number of itineraries.

Use the same TravelPanda account to access your balance in the iOS or Android app and through supported, separately authorized MCP assistant connections. Buying a pack does not automatically connect an assistant or unlock unavailable services.

Bamboo is for TravelPanda’s own digital services only. It cannot be transferred to another user, redeemed for cash, traded, or used to pay third-party merchants. A refund of an eligible purchase is separate from cash redemption of credits.

Purchased Bamboo does not expire due to account inactivity. Bonus Bamboo joins your existing free balance and follows the promotional-credit rules in our Terms of Service. We currently do not apply automatic expiry to this bonus balance; this is not a promise of permanent validity.

Digital delivery

Website purchases are sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record service. Link sends receipts and invoices and provides payment support. TravelPanda provides the digital services and handles delivery questions.

Sign in to the TravelPanda account that should receive your purchase before paying on Stripe-hosted Checkout. Passes and packs are delivered electronically to that account; there is no physical shipment, delivery address or shipping fee.

Credits are added automatically after payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes. Payment checks or service interruptions may take longer. Returning from checkout alone does not mean the credits have arrived.

Check the order status and balance on your Bamboo account page, and refresh if needed. If you were charged but the credits are missing, contact support with your order details before paying again. We will check the payment and delivery records and resolve the missing delivery or review a refund under the policy below.

These packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. You may leave checkout before completing payment. Closing the page or deleting your account after payment does not cancel or refund a completed order. Availability depends on supported services, payment methods and applicable regional restrictions.

Website refund policy

Link’s buyer terms and applicable law also apply to website purchases. Link may review and issue refunds. You can contact TravelPanda about service or delivery problems.

Digital purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires a refund. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights. An unused balance alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

For a duplicate or incorrect charge, missing delivery, or another payment problem, email [email protected]. Include your TravelPanda account email, website order number or receipt reference, payment date, amount and a description of the problem. We review the payment and service records and confirm the available resolution; submitting a request does not itself approve a refund.

Approved website refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. The time until the money appears depends on the bank or payment provider. A refund marked as processing is not confirmation that the money has reached your account. Contact support if it fails or remains unresolved.

A full refund may remove the purchased and bonus Bamboo associated with that pack. Unused packs that can be verified are recovered automatically; used credits, credits committed to a service in progress, partial refunds and disputed cases are reviewed manually. These balance checks do not override refund rights required by law.

No physical return is required. Purchases made through Apple or Google Play follow the original store’s refund process and policies; website support cannot refund them through Stripe.

Website payment privacy

Stripe collects your billing address at checkout. TravelPanda retains only its country, state or region, and postal code in internal order records for regional reporting and payment reconciliation, rather than the full street address.

This notice supplements our Privacy Policy for website purchases. TravelPanda uses your account identifier, order and payment references, selected pack, amount, currency, payment and refund status, and information you send to support to deliver purchases, reconcile payments, resolve disputes and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.

Payment details are entered directly on Stripe-hosted Checkout and processed by Stripe. TravelPanda’s website does not receive or store your full card number or security code. Stripe receives purchase details and an order reference to process and match the payment; its privacy policy explains its handling of payment data.

For account privacy information and requests to access or delete your data, see our Privacy Policy or contact support. Deleting an account does not necessarily erase transaction records that must be retained to resolve disputes or comply with law.
